Service was eh, employees mostly hid in the back. Fries had zero salt and did not taste good. Big mack felt empty and smaller... than it used to be. Patty's are paper thin and tasteless and there was more lettuce than anything else. There was no weight tothe burger. $50 to feed myself and two kids is way excessive for the quality of food we received. The value just isn't thereanymore. Read more
It's just McDonald's. Reduced menu selection l. Fries are good if just taken out of the drier. Hideous if not. Everything else... is predictably blaise'-- except for the Sausage Egg McMuff9n with cheese, which is quite good. Yo I can actually taste sage andblack pepper in the sausage! Read more
This place is busy with homeless people requiring service. The limited staff has to help them and other customers. This caused... confusion in the arrival and status of my order. Maybe they should carve out a service window for outdoor customers, which iscommon in Europe. Read more
I came into the McDonalds because the drive through was packed. Now I Know why, the service at this place is so slow. The person... taking orders inside decided to take her break right after she helped the person in front of me. I had to ask if anyone wasgoing to help, the break taker walked by with her stuff and said someone wil soon be with you. Read more
Just went to this location and the line went very quick. I ordered on the app and to pick up through the drive thru. I went to... the payment window (first window) and refused the receipt and that was no problem. I ordered one large frapp and twoslushies. I waited about 10 minutes for my three drinks. Three vehicles after me were helped. This happened to me last time Iwas here. It is very slow at this location for simple orders. I understand that it may take a bit of time but almost 10minutes for this small order seems excessive for McDonald's. For some reason they also skimp on the Frapps and slushies. Doors locked and employees sitting at a table, at 5:27 (dinner rush). We requested whipped cream on a smoothie, in the drive... thru, which they simply ignored. They also ignored our request for a large ice water. We pulled into the pickup spaces, andstopped an employee bringing an order to another customer, the employee attempted to divert by saying they charge for whippedcream, and I had to re-iterate that we paid for it in the drive thru, then she walked back in and sent another employee out andI had to explain the mishap all over again. Drive thru guy gives me four cold cookies. I asked earlier if they can make them fresh or just make sure they are warm. Friendly staff, no real complaint just that tables were dirty all around. In 1.5 hrs while we were having a meeting and no one... ever came to clean any up. The bathrooms were also dirty. Read more
