The restaurant was packed when we arrived (a party of 2) and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. As all the tables were... occupied, the overall background noise is high and we had to converse loudly to be able to hear each other. We took our time toorder because of the amount of items they had on their menu. Our waitress is friendly and patient as she took her time toexplain the menu to us. The sushi itself is not the greatest. The raw fish is not as fresh as we thought it would be. Rollsdefinitely have a more fusion style. Our server Nicole provided absolutely amazing service. Everything she recommended was fantastic, and she was exceptionally... pleasant to interact with. She regularly checked on our table to see how we were doing. The food itself was fantastic. We hadseveral sushi rolls and a couple of appetizers. The sushi rolls were delicious, and the calamari was one of the best I've had. I would definitely go back again for the service and/or the food. Read more
Granted I came during a busy time and it was downtown I can understand a bit of a wait. Sadly my order took over 30 minutes to... arrive and the portion sizes for the price was pretty pathetic. $26 for most dishes seemed expensive and the portion sizes weresmall. Lots of rice in the dishes gave it an all you can eat kind of feel but with portions that leave you wanting more protein.The fish was good, but not close to the quality for the price they charge. Ate here with some friends for the first time and I really liked it! The beef curry was really good and perfectly cooked. Also... got to try some sushi as well and it was very well made. Our server was David and he did an excellent job of accommodating us.The inside of the restaurant is modern and has cool vibes. Would definitely come back again ! Read more
Really enjoyed our experience at Mikuni! The easy meal for $60 for 2 was excellent with the puff daddy, the beef curry! Plus 2... rolls! The dessert was ok.. was like a warm cheesecake wrapped in a flaky tortilla.. would suggest the other options they havepossibly. Read more

We went at a perfect time on a Sunday later afternoon. Our server was awesome! The food is always great and they have great... prices. They also have options for people who dont appreciate sea food or sushi. Thank you again Mikuni for being a perfectplace for a nice afternoon date! Read more
