Unbelievable!!! I made a DoorDash order for a chicken over rice and they accept the order and when the dasher go there they are... saying they don’t have chicken. They can obviously see what we are ordering why accept when clearly they know they don’thave it?? Read more
8/19/22 New lady at front is not nice, not a very pleasant experience at all. Used to be a great spot. Missed requested and... paid for extra ingredients. Chicken is now prepared differently, as it is greasier. The lamb now came all ground up instead ofpieces like it used to. Not what it used to be! Picture is the old food. Does not look like that now. Old review: Absolutelylove this place. I sometimes choose to travel here then walk to get the Gyros from on campus because they are so good here.Would highly recommend this restaurant! Read more
Google said carryout, dine-in or delivery. When we arrived in the late afternoon (around 6pm) all the seats were propped up on... the tables making takeout the only dining option for us. We ordered 2 lamb gyros combos that comes with fries and drinks. Thegyros were outstanding but the fries leaves much to be desired. They have a very strange flavor to them that's not exactly mycup of tea Perhaps their version of seasoning but I didn't care for it. Read more
When we went in cashier was very friendly. Mostly 2 star because I didn't get my full order . And didn't keep the recipt. But... I ordered Chicken frys And a gyro combo I also ordered 2 of the sweet treat And an extra pita . I didn't get these My totalwas 32.40 and I added a tip. But I did not receive the other items . I had a lamb gyro and a Philly cheesesteak. I liked the fact that i didn't have to choose what came on them. They were both... delicious! The meat was well cooked and seasoned on both. I especially liked the tzatziki sauce on the gyro. I also got thebaklava and it was good. I will definitely stop by again when I'm back in Sacramento! Read more
I’ve visited numerous times over the years and noticed the last 3-4 times, it’s just not the same. Not sure if it’s under... new ownership, new employees that need more training? Not really sure but the gyro wraps are just basic, filled with ranch &siracha sauce and a mess to eat. I used to rave about this spot but I don’t think it’s anything special. Not only is this not actually gyro, there’s no tomato and the lamb is ground! Never in my life have I seen gyro like this.... There’s usually pieces of tomato and onion and the meat is in slices. I’ve never seen chunks of cucumber on top of a gyroalso, this place is whack. Also the floor in front of the fountain drinks was all nasty and sticky and the two male employeeswere just hanging out lounging behind the counter. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the food I got, never recommend this toanyone who actually knows what gyro is supposed to taste like. Read more
