you?ll seem to be getting leftovers even if the entree was recently refilled. I recommend workers being consistent with the... portion amounts. It used to be a full plate but now a days, its half of what it was before. I find this issue very common withthis particular place. It must be a coincidence for the amount of times this has happened. Why ration a customer?s plate eventhough at the end of the day, it all gets thrown out? On top of that, knowing someone has found a worm in their order heredisgusts me and shows how unsanitary this place potentially is. Read more
I don't like leaving this review but I an compelled by my first visit to this location. Normally I visit a different location in... the same distance but a different direction, And I have never had a experience other than expededly good. Today at 3:00 give ortake pm I had to wait for two chicken dishes that were empty, the master cook said 5 min, so I waited after 7 min one dishshowed up and then the other. Unfortunately the on site supervisor did not like the looks of one of the dishes and he sent itback to be reworked. Now 9 min. In, the food came and the girl and guy that are flirting with each other behind the counter haveNo time for me, I received no soy sauce after asking and for no reason the girl threw my egg rolls in the trash after one mighthave slipped out of the small egg roll bag but is still in my main bag. There was not an opportunity to sit down in this location not due to overfilled or capacity but because there was not one table... clean to sit at. They only had select items and the Fountain drinks in the coke root beer and orange were clear as water. Thelady was snide when she asked if we wanted to wait for Black Pepper Chicken, because they tried to give us the dried out littlebit left. It was not a good experience at all and honestly, it should have been. These things were not an outrageousexpectation, but rather just the basics. Tune up these areas please. Read more

Pickup order was cold and soggy. We ordered for a certain time to pick up, app msg that food was ready 50 min early, we asked... on arrival and cashier assured us it was just made... Got home to cold food. This is not our first issue with this location. Read more

Even the shortest lines have a long wait; frequently out of items, meaning you wait even longer; long wait to check out... And... when I arrived home I discovered they gave me someone else's order, which I didn't eat. Went back the next day and theywouldn't comp me what I ordered without a receipt. They didn't trust me over a $10 meal, which they botched. Will never go back. Read more
