Always a line here but the food is fresh. The food is consistently good. Staff is friendly.
Their chow mein is too greasy and it was a little bit burnt. Their meat was soggy and tasted a bit frozen even! The customer... service was good tho. The girl gave me a mall discount when she saw my badge that I worked at forever 21. The price was alrightfor two meats and some chow mein. I love Chinese food, but this was not cutting it for me. Had the worst customer experience here!! The workers were rude and had nasty attitudes. My boyfriend asked for extra orange... chicken and instead of just simply saying no, the woman rudely replied with ?one scoop only? (which is totally understandable),but then went ahead and put ONE piece of chicken on his plate. What was the point. A ?no? would have been sufficient. Panda Express has solved the big chain issue of different service and tastes per loction. Have dined at many locations and staff... is always friendly and good is consistently good. As a Panda fan, one goes to a new location with the tastes buds geared upforwhat they have come to expect. Not disappointed. Read more
Come on, why do I not like this place. Of course I should as it is simple Chinese food. However I find too much MSG or something... equivalent that makes everything taste salty. The beef (steak) with string beans was over cooked, yeah I know the regulations onundercooked meat but really why torture it. I asked for rice and the young lady seemed disconcerted and loaded up friend riceinstead of asked my my preference which was white rice however I figured give a try. It was ok but I have had better in Thailandand Laos. But that is not China so who knows. Back to my server/cashier. Why work in a service industry dealing with the publicif you can not be more receptive, attentive and personal? I have over 35 years in owning 7 gas stations and found you can trainfriendly, you must hire those who are and this lady has no right to be serving the public. Way over priced and rude staff, the way they treat people and cook their food uugghh horrible. I hope their management comes to... sense that they should be serving people not bossing the customers with their stupid staff and ugly tasting food. Don?trecommend it at all.
