Great food! Online ordering makes it so easy. I love all the healthy options. Great place to meet a friend for ladies who... lunch! Recently lost a star due to an extreme wait for an online order. Came into the store to pick up and clerk told me it wasready but they were making more green godess dressing.After waiting 10 min, I asked for a different dressing since all my otherfood was getting cold. Another staff person said "she's STILL waiting? I'm sorry mam, that's way too long" as the original clerkportions my dressing. My delivery person completely ignored my written direction and further left my order without even ringing the doorbell, calling... or knocking to announce the delivery. He left my order in a place where it was almost impossible for me to retrieve it. Iadvise people that I?m on a walker and need help which they normally do but not last night. As a result I almost fell when Itried to retrieve my order and the food was cold and almost inedible. We order from you at least once a week for $30 or $40 butI?ve had it with your delivery people. My top choice whenever I need something quick and healthy. My favorite salads are always made at Panera! Using the kiosk makes... ordering a breeze except when you order a drink, then you have to wait and ask for your cup. I sure miss the self-service cupsbut can understand why it's no longer there... Love this location! Very nice employees and they?re very accommodating when trying to find vegan options. I enjoy the bagels... toasted with/without avocado, apple salad without cheese etc, and the orange juice so far :) Read more

I did a curbside pickup. No one came out for 5 minutes so I called and no one answered. I went through the drive through and the... woman said I could pick up there. I got home and my bread was burnt and I paid for a Brioche Sausage Egg and Cheese breakfastsandwich Add on bacon and I was missing the sausage. Terrible and a waste of money. I enjoyed this Panera more than most of them I have been to. It was clean inside and there were plenty of tables to choose where... to sit. It may have been the wide open layout of the building more than anything that made it a more comfortable experience butit was definitely a pleasant experience. Read more
