Ordered online and waited for the estimated completion time a half hour later. Had to wait an extra half hour...no bueno

It's great but will be honest, the prices here have gone way up. For around the same price I can have pizzas baked & delivered.

The lady workers are Amazing they always go above and beyond!

My experience at this location was very good, I ordered an online order my husband was supposed to pick up, his errands went... longer then expected and the store was closing, the lovely lady closing today was great she took time out of her day beforeclosing to let me no they were closing and my ordered was not going to be able to be picked up but she would wait a littellonger if I could come soon, she even brought it out to our car because I had my baby with me. Have always had the best pizza and service from this location. We have been going to this location for years.

There is no music here, the nice lady took my order for half all meat, half pepperoni and said it would be 5-10 minutes, 30... minutes later I have a half meat, half combination pizza ???? ordering Cesar salad here is extremely trivial like "what kind ofdressing do you want for your Cesar salad?" And "do you want croutons?" For $6 just give me a complete Ceasar salad ???????????I won't be returning here. Read more

This is our friendly neighborhood Papa Murphy?s. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and the food has always... been great. Now, I have to add that we have had some difficulties (especially with online orders) getting the correct pizzaand/or toppings with our order. We have received the wrong sauce, wrong toppings and the completely wrong pizza. My advice is tomake sure you know exactly what your order is (every time this has happened my girl had placed the order for me to pickup) andcheck your pizza closely before you walk out the door. Exceptionally friendly staff. I called in an order and the man who answered was polite and quoted an accurate time to pick up my... order. I was greeted when I walked in by the manager (she was nice, genuine), received my pizza after the two people in front ofme (less than a couple of minutes), and thanked for my business and told to have a good evening. I honestly was not expectingthis level of customer service, but was extremely pleased. The pizza itself was delicious: crispy crust, flavorful sauce, freshtoppings and it was nice to have hot, out-of-the-oven pizza in about 12 minutes.
