Legendary outdoor area that I’m going to call one of the best in Northern California, let alone Sacramento. This is what other... restaurants try to be when they say “industrial chic”. Incredible water features, tasteful noise dampening on the roof, heating for when it’s cold and fans for when it’s hot… and keeping the rest of the restaurant open to this exterior patioin the back means the whole place is MUCH more COVID safe, which is brilliant design, so even if you’re indoors you’re muchsafer here than many spots! Food was a delight and priced well for the quality. Flavors all felt purposeful and wellconsidered, although I would say nothing stood out as mind blowing or exceptional - save the decor. Again, spectacularthere. The menu had a fair number of options and portions were generous without being overbearing, which I like to see. Don’tgive people more than they’ll eat and you reduce food waste and save everyone energy / money. You’d need to bring a party of10 to try everything on offer here. Starting bread and butter is a treat but so is the grilled bread appetizer - it’s got asweet note from grapes which you may not expect in the dish but do elevate it. Mussels could have had a stronger flavor but werecooked well. Would look to include more potent oils or salts in this dish, potentially a drier/brighter white wine for accent. Afew peppers found their way into the sauce as well but weren’t giving any of their flavor to it. Heirloom tomatoes weredecadent, as was the burrata cheese. For sure worth getting if you like these flavors. The team knows how to pick a good tomatothat’s for sure. Entrees were each interesting and chicken was cooked perfectly, but probably highlight among them was thesalmon. Really tender. Good flavor combinations at play. Portioning on the pasta could have been more generous or at leastincluded other elements more. Feels like they’re too small to sit alongside other large entrees on the menu as theydo. Dessert I’d say wa Read more

We visited for Sunday Brunch and enjoyed a good meal on the patio. We started with a cinnamon roll. It was a bit dry and the... icing was a thin royal icing. Not worth the calories. I had the Salmon and avocado Benedict. My husband had a burger with afried egg. The Benedict was great. The potatoes were well seasoned, Crunchy outside, soft and fluffy inside. The patio is theplace to be. We were fortunate to sit by the fountain. It was an enjoyable space. Service was excellent. We'll visit againsoon. Read more

My amazing wife and I decided to have a late night dinner here, one of the few places in (mildly boring) Sacramento you can... enjoy going out to on a Sunday night lol Our server was very knowledgeable and kind. We have several dietary restriction but hewas nice to keep in mind of them. We ordered the smoked Trout and the King Salmon. Unfortunately, the King Salmon came outundercooked the first time. However, what was most surprising was the way the restaurant staff and manager went out of their wayto make up for a slight mistake by the chef. Even though the kitchen was closed, they fired up a new King Salmon Entree. Themanager personally came to apologize for the inconvenience and took care of the whole check for us. We were quite impressed withtheir hospitality and professionalism. They made us feel comfortable and welcome despite the minor hiccup with the first salmondish. We took good care of the server with a well deserved tip since our dinner was free. Thank you to the manager for takinggood care of us. We’ll be back with friends. Read more

Great ambience and good service. The food is quality but not creative. I expected more. We came here for brunch and had the... bloody Mary, salmon and avocado Benedict and green Chile omelette. The bloody Mary was too strong both from a flavor and alcoholperspective. The salmon and avocado Benedict was good but forgettable. The omelette was fluffy and well made. Let the chef takesome risks. A place like this deserves a few signature dishes. Read more

We were there last evening celebrating a dear friend's birthday. Food and drinks are consistently excellent at Paragary's. The... inside is nicely decorated, but its their patio that is the place to be. Unfortunately we weren't able to sit outside due to therain. Everyone (we had 5 people in our party) was part of the clean plate club. Definitely recommend getting a reservation here. Read more

Found this place by chance. When arrives at the place it looked a another restaurant. Little did we know that this place has an... awesome backyard that is equipped with heaters and umbrellas for whether you are too cold or too hot. The cocktail selection wasinteresting. I went with the lavender drink. Simply delicious. The food was also very good. Wife had the salmon Benedict andsaid it was awesome. I had the burger. Not the best I’ve had but way above average. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised withthis place and will definitely be back. Read more

What a beautiful place to dine! We had a really nice time here! We made reservations and sat outside, the decor was very... tasteful. What was a little strange was the hostess "reminded" us that reservations for outside dining only last for an hour anda half... We ordered an appetizer, and everything took a little while to arrive, so when our server cleared the table andreturned to ask us if we'd like dessert, an hour and a half had already passed. As not to upset anyone we declined and wentsomewhere else for dessert. Aside from that everything was very good and we will probably be back. Read more
