This has to be the worst pizza I?ve ever eaten. Flavorless, greasy, disgusting all around. Barely any toppings on the ?custom?... pizza. The ?gooey? bread thing is just completely bland. My friend found a hair baked into her pizza! Also we ordered and paidfor a cookie and they didn?t provide it. Just awful, no idea why this place has 4+ stars. Read more
Preordered and says ready for pick up. Arrive after 15 minutes and they didn?t start the pizzas. Said it would be another 10... minutes. Offered me fountain drink or cookie. After 10 minutes still not ready. Would have been better for me to just go and getin line. The preorder is useless. Don?t offer that option if it means nothing. Read more

We dashed in there right before our concert. We told the counter people that we were running behind and asked for them to give... us a time estimate from order to table. The staff answered immediately gave us an understanding nod and took off about theirwork and totally blew my mind about the customer service and their smiles and just made us smile Because we were enjoying theexperience so much despite being rushed? Not bad at all for the price. $18 for the pizza and a good side salad. This is their grilled chicken BBQ signature pizza and... they can use more toppings to really make it great. This is why they lost one star. Read more
Pros: 1: Staff was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. 2: Their vegan sausage is bomb! Cons: 1: Pizza... is only decent. 2: Their vegan cheese isn't the greatest (Daiya) 3: The employees were NOT transparent with the pricing. Theysuggested I get a coke in a glass bottle since I am against plastic (due to it destroying the oceans). After I paid almost $20for the small Pizza and Coke, it hit me that the price seemed high. Turns out they didn't tell me the Coke they had suggestedwas $5.. FIVE DOLLARS. Had I known that, I wouldn't have bought it. They also didn't tell me how much extra the vegan sausagewould be ($1) and they didn't tell me the vegan/gluten-free crust I got would be an extra $2. I'm feeling a little disappointedright now.. Pieology is consistent. This location is great and I always leave satisfied. The pizzas are fresh and taste great. They don't... skimp on toppings and will add whatever you like. It's clean and staff is friendly. Read more
I met my daughter and First Granddaughter here. Everything was good however, slow that day as I believe they mentioned and... appeared to be shorthanded. I then returned solo and just wasn't as impressed however I did not create my pie, I ordered onefrom their list. Very dissappointed.
