Stopped in today around 130 to order a few pizzas for a party. two guys inside going back and forth never bothed to take my... order or even acknowlage my presence. I studied the menue and started to ask a question but no one was paying attention. At onepoint one guy came to the register and fiddled around with something and walked away without a word. I literally had time togoogle up another pizza place in the area, check their menu and decide what i wanted all without a single acknowledgement fromthe staff. pizza is decent. but not so good that they can treat customers like an annoyance. My Dad ordered this amazing Pizza for my out of town visiting folks this weekend. This Pizza is absolutely delicious! It is... definitely my new obsession. I am a huge Pizza lover! Last night's experience with a Tuscan garlic chicken pizza was amazing! I added Italian sausage which really made it pop with... flavor ????. It has been quite some time since I've ordered from the Pizza guys establishment, however last night's decisionwas the best I've made in quite some time & in this area of North Park in natomas. Not only was I impressed by the pizza, Iwas impressed by the packaging and the delivery as well. Kudos to last night's crew at the del Paso road location.???? I order from here once or twice a week. I ordered online on Christmas Eve at 7:30. It said they didn't close until 9pm. I never... received my pizza and I called over over for an hour. I called today and employee that didn't sound like he even cared said,it's been taken care of and the fee reversed. No explanation until I asked. He said, oh well we decided to close at 6pm so thathappened to a lot of people. No apology or we will make it up to you or anything. That's horrible customer service. I love theirpizza but I'm officially done with them. I always tip really well. That's not how you treat customers. I didn't even get a phonecall, I had to call them! Friendly service. We got greeted by Stacy who took our order. The time to make our order was about 20-25 min. By the time we got... back, two other staff members helped up with readying up our order.
