Second time ordering from this location and having small baby ants inside our pizza! Has anyone else experienced this?! The last... time they had us take the pizza back in with the ants and they replaced it with a new ant free pizza. I Just called to complainand asked to speak with the manager given this was the second time this has happened. Not to get a replacement this time but toget reimbursed. I spoke to the manager there who said her name was Elizabeth and asked to speak to her hirer up, the one who sheanswers to and she said she?s the store manager no one was higher than her there. I said well I will be reaching out tocorporate do you have a store number I can reference for your location? She cut me off by saying okay that?s fine and hung upthe phone. I called back to speak with her again and she apologized like she didn?t hang up intentionally and proceeded to besnotty and rude. Do not recommend going to this location unless you like the added protein of ants inside your pizza and rudeunprofessional management. Read more
Pretty wide option on pizzas and other things, reasonable prices and I give the costomer service an B+. I give four star becuase... somtimes the pizza is dry or slightly burnt. Also delivery serice is ok depending on how busy they are. Read more
Sharing the same sentiments as a lot of recent reviews. The quality of service here has gone way downhill here. Tonight I... ordered 2 medium pizzas online, the site estimated 40 mins. Got the text saying our order is ready, go to pick it up, they can'tfind our pizzas anywhere and have to remake them! Now I'm waiting for another 10+ minutes for them to remake them (yes I'mwriting this as I wait), and while I'm writing this another customer comes in to see if her pizza is ready because it's beenover an hour, she didn't receive any notification, and no one was answering the phone when she called to check on her order! Ive been coming here for the passed 6 years and last night was such an terrible experience. Put in my online order for delivery... and got a text 20 minutes later that it was on its way. 75 mins later, no show. I called to check on it, and was told that itwas delivered to the wrong house. The manager (Tyler) sounded either very uninterested or extremely high and barely did anythingto help rectify the situation except to say that they can make another one and be out in 45 minutes or I could come in and pickit up and get a free pizza next time. Not this time, next time... No thank you. I ended up cancelling and getting a refund thatyou better believe I checked up on the following day to make sure it happened. I understand that times are tough for businessesand mistakes will be made, but this could have all been easily avoided if the service was better on the part of management. This place has gone down hill. Every time I order for pickup this location. I put in an order 1to 2 hours ahead of time and It?s... delayed by 20 minutes at least. EVERY TIME. This most recent time it was delayed by a lot more. It?s as if they dont even startthe order till the pickup time.If I could put zero stars I would. Never ordering from here again? Honestly, I love pizza guys. I?ve grown up eating from pizza guys; never having a bad... experience. However, on two separate occasions I?ve observed two different females constantly touch their hair before handlingfood (did not wash their hands). While waiting for my order. The same staff with the issues with basic food handling, alsoseemed to be unprofessional in the aspect of constantly be on their personal phones while working. On one of the instances I?vealso observed one of the females roll their eyes at another employee asking a work related question. Pizza guys, please dobetter in training your employees.
