This spot used to be great when I used to work at Safe. The last few times I came the black girl with the braids had an attitude... with me for asking about the coupon I got in the mail. The black boy in the drive-thru wouldn't give me everything. I had tokeep asking for the stuff that should be given: my receipt, napkins, straws. They laughed at me and called me a Karen. We happened to go on the day they brought back the popular chicken sandwich. I really wish that excused the atrociously terrible... experience we had. The entire restaurant (dining room and behind the counter) was disgusting. There was food and trash all overthe floor - and I mean ALL over. Trash cans were over flowing. Nobody greeted us or even made eye contact with us the entiretime. When we tried to order the boneless wings that were featured on their promotional monitor they claimed that they don'toffer boneless wings and they don't know why corporate has them on the monitor. We started our order by asking the wait time forthe chicken sandwich and were told 20-25 minutes. As people were being called up to get their food the employees were askingeveryone what side dishes they ordered because they apparently had no way to keep track of that. The dining room was full butnobody was eating because there was no food ready. Finally, after everyone else was served and 45 minutes had passed wecomplained and were told "oh, you're next" and then started making our food. When they asked what sides we had ordered theyinformed us that they no longer had the sides we wanted. The staff was unfriendly. The entire restaurant was unclean. When wereceived our food there was someone else's old food still stuck to the paper liner on the tray. We had to open the cupboardunder the drink fountain to find our own lids because everything was out of stock. Apparently someone did the same with strawsbecause there was just a big plastic bag of them sitting on a nasty dirty counter. The pictures attached really don't do justiceto how filthy the place was. Basically, the sandwich tasted fine but I'll never eat it again because you would have to pay meto go back there. I'd rather eat at the gas station across the street. Read more

It was nice.. the chicken was ok not as spicy as they make it out to be. Numerous tables were unkempt wrappers and papers... laying on them.. others needing to be wiped and cleaned. I was especially taken at how long it takes them to accept the orderand then fill the order. But for a quick bite it will do.. not much taste to the chicken n mash potatoes...! Read more
Waited 15 for 34 nuggets for my kids and I to not have the chicken fully cooked through and came to exchange but was told I can... only change for 10 piece strip which is no where near enough. The manager Christine had a horrible attitude. Read more
