I ordered 4 burgers and two fries. Two of them were Shack Stacks. However, when I got home I found that the mushrooms in the... burgers were missing! I paid for Shack Stacks but I got two Shack Burgers instead. I called the store but it just led me to avoicemail and no one replied. It was too late for me to drive all the way back to Sacramento to exchange for new burgers at thattime so my problem was never solved. I ended up didn?t get the burgers I wanted and paid more than I should. To follow up. Icame back to the store and they gave me a free meal as a compensate. The burgers were cooked rare and we paid for well done. Well we selected our burgers to be well done when we used the kiosk that... were there for a self service option. Mind you it was our first time there and was looking forward to a great experience. NOT???? there was a nice young African American waitress who was VERY helpful. So much that you made sure we left there with TwoNew freshly cooked well done burgers and she suggested that we scan the bar code that was on every table for customer servicepurposes such as these. I made sure to scan and was directed to a survey that I gladly filled out. I was responded to by emailand was sent a $20 discount code for the next purchase at their establishment.
