The only way your food will be correct is if you Dine-In. If you do delivery or pick up, they will mess up your order. I did... take out 4 months ago and delivery today, they messed up my completely. This is a great place to go after a night of drinking, they are open all night and service is great. The only downfall is that... you can smell the bathroom throughout the restaurant. Last time I was there I could barely stand the smell long enough tofinish my meal. If they get their plumbing problem fixed I would go more. Read more
Waitress was ... How do you say.. she made a reference to giving us our meal no way would you use hot sauce on it but she made a... kind of funny way of saying yeah I could bring you some hot sauce! We were eating breakfast she didn't even say ketchup.. wow!Then my husband says no I don't want anything to drink.. she said how about water? He said no thank you. She came back with youknow it's free right?! We were appalled at her responses and attitude. Also it said free slice of pie when you join rewards. SoI signed up there. I showed her in the app about a free slice of pie, she says yeah never heard of it. I showed her and sheacted like I made the app up sitting at the table! It was advertised at your restaurant.!! She had to go ask someone else andthen she says yeah I never heard of that!! I can't believe it.. what a terrible, racist experience. Needless to say we won't becoming back here..!! Read more
Great food for breakfast!!! Only have had Breakfast but suspect there food is delicious at Lunch and Dinner too! The Brioche ... French toast Combo is my favorite breakfast! Wonderful staff! They sell pies too!!! Highly recommend. Easy parking too. Read more
01/30/22 10:15am Went to pick up my food and I saw my eggs looked like they were shaken in the container. Checked my toast to... see some weird green stain on it. The fruit was slimey. When I went in and asked for them to remake it the manager on duty wasextremely rude and didn't want to remake it. After I continued she threw the food at the cooks and yelled at them to do it. WhenI get this "new" plate back I see that the toast is the exact same as the ones I gave back. Cold eggs. Nasty bacon. Loved goingto this restaurant but whoever they have running it is killing their business. Read more

11:35 arrived. After ignoring us when asked if we were still on the list because she'd just crumpled into a ball, Hostess... finally asked, any tables for 2 ? 5 open tables mentioned. Husband and I seated at 12:05. Received beverage at 12:25. Givenplastic utensils. Party of 7 seated after us received their meal 12:35. Finally got our delicious food at 12:45. I'd have givenit 1 star, but table staff was very polite and food tasty (Veggie Benedict) Not worth waiting when you feel unwelcome. Read more
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. It was pretty crowded and there were only 2 waitresses. We had to wait a bit after being seated... for service. We felt sorry for the waitresses. The dinner was so good, I had the turkey and my guy had the ham. We took home aDutch Apple pie ???? ???? Yummy. Will continue to eat at Shari's! Read more
