It all started in a garage in 2015 amongst a group of friends from Tennessee State. Nashville was where it all began. A few... years later and you can grab a slice of their extraordinary pizzas at multiple Tennessee and Georgia locations, or even inCalifornia. With a mission to empower communities while using pizza as their vehicle, S&H aims to offer quality food, employmentand community events to the communities they serve. Don't believe me? Guess you'll have to try it yourself. On our first visitupon discovering this gem, my sister and I were excited. The exterior pulled us in. This Sacramento area is slowly, as mostplaces, growing and with old Sacramento areas, being populated with newer, younger businesses and families. We came early in theafternoon so we expected there to be less people than usual, but still a decent amount t of foot traffic. I decided to build myown pizza slim style while my sister picked one off the menu, slim as well. The flavors did not disappoint. The pizzas are sogood and baked perfectly. Although it was similar to a flatbread, I was stuffed. I'm sure towards the evening and weekends thisplace is more packed as there is a bar as well. I stopped here for lunch on my way through Sacramento. It's a cool spot with really good food and they have great music playing.... It's got a chill vibe all together, like somewhere you'd feel comfortable hangingout at for awhile, and enjoying some beers. Ohdid I mention - they got a FULL BAR at this spot, which is dope, and not typical of the pizza joints I frequent, but I wish itwas! So I can imagine that late nights and weekends this place is probably serving more cold ones than slices of pizza. Good beer, good staff, good pizza. The Slim is 13". Means it's 13" long. It's like 6" wide. See photo. Quite satisfying.... Next time I will get the Husky. Really nice and thin crust. The only bad thing I can say about the experience is that themusic a little loud. Read more
