The bread tastes extremely old and they shortcut on every ingredient. Not to mention their staff seems to just be goofing off... the entire time and it leads to wait times being crazy long. Very upset with this place. We have been here in the past and it was perfection.. went in today around 4pm and had the worst... service. The guy taking orders had headphones in and was talking so softly you couldn?t hear him. I ordered the French dip withno house sauce, and instead they gave me the smoked brisket which I couldn?t eat because I?m allergic to bbq sauce. Then as mywife was eating her sandwich, she got half way through and found a long hair in the middle of the meat and cheese? I triedcalling the location and they didn?t pick up. I love this place but will not be coming back if it is at the cost of having anallergic reaction and eating the staffs hair. Read more

The food was pretty good. Better than Subway more like a Togo's. The bread was excellent. For some reason they put American... cheese on my brisket and the chief was so strong you could taste nothing else but the cheese. A little pricey but not bad. The chowder is better than boudin. The bread bowls are smaller but the bread is softer so your able to eat it easier. The... pastrami was quite tasty. If they could just have more options for sauces and toppings I'd give it a 5. Read more
10/10 I recommend this location to everyone! Facility is brand new! Well kept up on the outside & inside. Behind the counters in... the deli area seems well take care of. My mother and I come here 2-3 times a week! Soup, salad & sandwiches are all delicious aswell as their cookies! Today I tired the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwich & it blew my mind! Aside from the facility & tasty foodthe service is always great! We're welcomed as soon as we walk through the doors! Give this location a try! Read more
The MAJORITY of the time this location SUCKS!! EXTREMELY SLOW! This is more than THREE times I?ve ordered online and have waited... over 30 minutes for my online order. Got there at the estimated pickup time. Did not think i would be waiting 45+ mins. Had atotal of 6 sandwiches and only ONE person making the order. While they all lallygag and make everyone else?s order first. Stillwaiting while they continue to put orders on the pick up shelves and make other peoples orders who got there after me. I NEVERleave bad reviews or complain about service. The workers were rude, unprofessional and outstandingly slow. The one lady who didmake our order was nice, but still slow (under stable because she was the only one working on the order). Stood there with noone asking what my order was, had to ask them 2 times if my order was being made. Finally got my order ONE HOUR later!!!! Mindyou I?m at work on a timed lunch break!
