I come here all the time and usually the employees are nice to customers and each other. Today, not so much. Rachi at the... register was nice and helpful despite there being a morning rush. Imani making the drinks wasn?t that friendly toward guests orher coworkers. We could just hear her yelling without proper form of communication- passive aggressive. It was my birthday today. It was also the day I had to go to the funeral home to make sure my mom's makeup looked OK for her... funeral. I was with my twin sister. And, I had my ID. I let the barista know I didn't have my phone. She would not give me mybirthday drink without my phone. My twin sister got hers. I left without my birthday drink. Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 8 years because it?s literally 3 mins from me. They are always busy which I... understand! But I am taking 1 star off because of my inconsistent drink. I always mobile order with light cream but I always getextra cream for some reason. Light splash of cream literally means light splash of cream, not a whole cup.
