Beautifully Remodeled! A little cramped though and the team needs to schedule going around and wiping all surfaces and seats... clean (using the appropriate cleaning solutions so the nice new furniture retains its quality and look). Service was pretty quick and the cashier was super friendly but there is hair in my cup!!!!! I took off the lid because my cup... felt a little empty (over 1.5 inches of empty cup) and noticed the hair sitting partially in the coffee and partially on theside of the cup. Super disappointed because i got to work and noticed it. A wasted cup of coffee. They need to do better withpulling hair back AND checking cups and lids for cleanliness prior to filling them. I went in today 7/12/22 and employee in the back, she had a black apron with the name Joanna Stitch on it. She was so rude to... the 2 other nice girls working with her. I showed her my on the app for the 1/2 off any drink and the girl in the cash registerasked for help and was being rude and said if she doesn?t have coupon then sorry you cannot use it, when I had the coupon. Thenshe was so rude to the nice girl making the drink, said so loud ?don?t be yelling at me? when the girl was not yelling at all,she had just asked if I can get the cake pop that I was waiting for, for my daughter. I hope posting this upper management takescare of this because this is not ok. Read more
My co-worker did a mobile order we all paid extra for caramel drizzle and in the cup and we all got it on the whip only. 70... cents extra each, for squat!!! Ridiculous. Read more
It was all right. The drink was extremely sweet. I could not drink it. I asked for it to be fixed. They just gave me a small... cup to add coffee to it. I ordered a cold coffee. They gave me hot coffee and it just became a mess. I probably won't go backto this Starbucks. They need better customer service. Read more
Always nice and friendly, sometimes takes awhile to get our drinks, but my husband and I came here to get some work done and... some group had taken up the whole outside seating for a meeting and there was no room inside. No big deal but we wouldn?t haveordered our drinks here if we knew we weren?t going to be able to sit down. Read more
