I don't visit this Starbucks very often, since I don't live in the area and it doesn't have a drive thru. However, I was... pleasantly surprised at the service I received. The older lady there was so sweet and patient with me, even though she couldprobably tell I was frustrated (at no fault of theirs) and it just made my day so much better. I went in and ordered a Trenta cold brew, the staff was super nice, and apologized for the long wait. There was a huge mobile... order that backed everything up. When my drink came up, I thanked them and took my drink back to the office. I may have had 3sips out of it when a freaky thing happened the cup split and the drink went all over me and the floor. I called them andexplained what happened, they said if I wanted I could bring in a picture they will make me a new drink. After cleaningeverything up I headed back to the store and showed them the cup and it was obvious that I was wearing my drink. The staff wentover the top to make things right and made me a new drink. Unfortunately this Starbucks does not make drinks in the order they come in. I've been here a half a dozen times and each time I... am waiting 40+ minutes for a drink for a mobile order while I watch people walk in and place orders and get their coffee beforeI do. Today I ordered at 10:16 AM. The starbucks app said it will be ready at 10:29. I get to the starbucks at 10:35. In the 15minutes I waited for my drinks I saw 8 people come in and order and all get thier drinks before I did. Finally at 10:50 I get mystar bucks order from 10:16 AM. This is literally THE ONLY starbucks in the area that does this and I refuse to go back. Makesabsolutely ZERO sense and wastes my time every time I order from here. Someone please help this locations management teachtheir employees the importance of making drinks in the order they come in. Read more
One of the best Starbucks I've been to. Usually 2-3 employees in the morning and can still handle a rush, better than one with... 5+ employees. Tracy is great! Order is always right, and she memorized my name after 5 visits! I wish I lived near thislocation, because the few near me are no where close in friendliness and accuracy as this location! Read more
(Edited since initial review) The drinks are tasty, the baristas competent, and that's as far as my positives go. They now have... it arranged so only 3 tiny tables have access to power....and you those are camped hard. So it goes from 5 star to 2. Read more
Bad design. The interior layout has the delivery counter at the far end, where items in the counter can't be seen from the... people seated at tables. Other counters are obscured by sundry seasonal items (in this case, a cardboard Christmas tree). Thislocation could be easily fixed by changing the layout, but the lack of comprehension seems to be related to the overall sitemanagement. * The Starbucks Internet service connects to the router, but there is no Internet connection. Barista Lacyexplained to me that there was no way for staff to reach Starbucks Internet provider and they knew somehow of the Internetconnection was out. * When I ordered using points, my server didn't know about points and billed my credit card. *When I askedfor the bathroom code, I was given 5 digits that didn't work. The barista omitted the sixth digit which was a #. *That samebarista told me I was a liar. Not good. There's more, but I've made my point. Service is enthusiastic but incompetent. Readcarefully and smile at stupidity. On the plus side, my coffee was hot and my coffee and food order was filled exactly toorder. Summary: if you visit this store, they will fix any of the problems (with the exception of Internet service). ???????? Read more
