When speaking to the girl at the register she cut me off with answers to small talk questions before I had a chance to ask them,... like she was reading ahead of me in a script. Girl: "Hello! How are you?" Me: "Good. How-" Girl: "I'm good. What would youlike?" After getting my order: Me: "Thanks! Have-" Girl: "I will, thanks!" It felt like I was engaging with a buggyrobot. I've had a lot of awkward interactions with employees working the register or barista area at other Starbucks in theregion. The customer service lines feel forced. Then I hear them speaking naturally to their coworkers, going from robot tohuman mode. At this point, I'd rather interact with a computer or robot. Also, the espresso is burnt tasting and awful, andhas been for years. Unless it's covered in sugar and flavorings it's not enjoyable. Besides the convenience of their manylocations I'm out of reasons to get coffee or food from Starbucks. Read more

Really friendly staff and quick service.
Very quick to serve up a drink and as asked for !!! I can say that the service is on hit !!
Super friendly and welcoming staff. I could tell they were down a person but the employee on register (Kyle) communicated he... would be right with me and made sure to keep things going with food orders (he was also on oven). He was very positive and madesure my order was correct before sending it through. The employee on bar (Emily) made my drink correctly and made an effort toconnect and thank me. Overall a positive and memorable experience due to two friendly staff members :) thank you! Read more
This Starbucks continously fails to make simple drinks. The third time this last 2 months they didn't put any sweeter into the... drinks I had ordered. Paying over 7 bucks a coffee :/ hopefully things impove at this store. Read more
The Baristas here are super great. Friendly and polite beyond the normal expectations. All the typical Starbucks menu items were... in stock. I had an egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, reasonable priced, it was good and served hot. My drink was as consistentas always. Very pleased they have almond milk. Street parking only with Parking meters(meters take cards).???? Read more
They have very bad customer service, most of the time l go there and l see they put a difference between customers, usually l... buy 2coffe and 2 snack , but they never offer me a tray , today the man who was making coffee in the morning, he offered a tryto a man who a hand only one coffee but he did not offer me anything while l had 2coffee and 2 breakfast .
