If I could give this place zero stars I would. I intended to purchase a drink from this establishment. I waited over 5min to... place my order, at this time I was the only one standing in line & not acknowledged at all by either of the 2 employees at thefront counter. After waiting I spoke up...i attempted to place my order & the male employee told me not to be rude (mistakenumber one) & when I asked him to repeat himself he proceeded to say "you can either stop being rude & we'll make your drink oryou can leave"... I usually go to this location in the morning & the employees in the morning are awesome. Whoever taught theafternoon employees about customer service did it WRONG. needless to say I left without my drink & without any kind of apologyfor the rude service I was actually provided. ???????? Extremely subpar. Hasn?t been remodeled in a long time if ever. Small ,with bench only for seating. Terrible attitude from the... staff. Bathrooms are consistently dirty and they have been using napkins for paper towels in the bathroom for over a week! Muchbetter location a couple minutes down Expo parkway. Read more
This Starbucks is one of the best for in store hard to find mugs/ accessories. Staff is courteous and seem to have very good... working crew. Their synergy is very obvious! Read more
Can't say I've ever had a bad experience with staff, but this sb is virtually useless. It doesn't matter what time of day I come... here, 50/50 chance they're closed. They're always closed! If I go in, bathrooms are also almost always closed. This location isthe closest to where I live and drive, but I've stopped ever even trying to go here, because there's just no point. I end updriving miles out of my way to Arden. Very frustrating. Maybe not this managers fault. Maybe they just can't get staffing, idk.But it may as well not even be here Read more

Caramel macchiato, I ordered it for a coworker and they identified a mistake in their original prep. They made two before I... arrived at the first window so I got two drinks for the price of one. Great service even when they're packed in the drive thru.Also, it's near a Costco gas station. Two birds. Read more

Drink was made correctly and the staff was very friendly. Will stop by again when I'm in that area.
