I tried using the app for Footlong Friday and it wouldn't work. I went in to see if the app would work, it didn't. I asked if... they would honor the coupon/ad, one clerk said No we can't, we don't do that here. They didn't even offer to try and work withme on my order. This has happened before and they did honor it. One clerk said that they wouldn't honor the ad on the "NewCali Sub". I told her the app doesn't state this, and she said it does on the board. We both looked at the board, and it DIDN'T,state this. It's not about the money, it's the principal. Needless to say, I wasn't to happy with her Snotty attitude. Arrived at 9:30pm ( closes at 10pm) and my husband was skeptical of tuna ( his fav, due to local announcements) so he asked... questions at first young lady reassured it was tuna and later she "thinks" it's tuna. ( Not in her control, I get that) As weordered our sandwiches she seemed extremely bothered by asking the same question several times surrounding toppings. Someoneelse had to bring her condiments since it seemed like they had already been put away. She seemed to be in a hurry toclose. Overall sandwiches were decent ( my hubby noticed a dif in tuna). Just awesome. The girls that work there are great. Glade I started going to this Subway. Very professional and clean and always... stocked up containers for meats and veggies and everything looks fresh. Will definitely make this my go to Subway. Would highlyrecommend. Read more

This is the best experience I have had at a subway in months. I had pretty much given up on Subway because of bad customer... service and low quality subs. I tried this Subway, even an extra 10 min drive (20 total), and it was worth it. The sub wasgreat and the young lady who helped me deserves the 5 stars... there was a mistake with my online order. I was charged for twosubs, exactly the same, one toasted and one not toasted. I called the store to see about changing/fixing this so that nothingwould be wasted. She said that we could definitely fix this and asked which one I wanted...toasted or not? When I arrivedeverything was taken care of. No hassle. So simple. This is a first class Subway! Read more

My fiance and I stopped in to grab a quick lunch but to our alarm, the line to order a sandwich, wrapped all the way to the... entrance. We decided our hunger could wait awhile and got in line. There was a crew of three ladies that day and they wereamazing. It took less than 7 minutes to get all of the people in front of us fed and our two sandwiches in our hands. This isthe best subway I have ever been to and all of the credit goes to the three women working on 01/07/2019 around 1:23pm. Bestsubway crew ever!!! Read more
