So Rude. The Owner is very rude. She doesn't have good customer service practice. What happened to the customer is always... right? She tried telling us we are going to get charged extra for mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich all while being rudewhen we asked politely are you sure. Side note, bread sucks here.
