I ordered a BLT wrap on my app. I picked up my wrap and left back to work to eat. This by far was the most disappointing lunch I... have ever had in my life. There was only 3 very tiny pieces of bacon, mostly lettuce, one slice of tomato and dripping withmayo.... the wrap wasn't even cut in half and was wrapped so it was long with lots of air space in-between the ingredients. Ipaid $10.00 for lettuce and mayo. When I called to speak with the manager, a little girl named Natalie was extremely rude andrefused to give any employee names. Who knows if she gave me her real name. This Subway is in the business of ripping people offand employees that talk back. Never going back to that location. I've had a GREAT experience at the Bradshaw location, ill begetting my lunch from that location from now on. Thanks Natalie!! Read more

I ordered salad bowl. I specifically told them i don?t want jalapeño on it. But as I open and eat the jalapeño is in the... salad. I ask for the chicken breast to be cut they cut it in a big piece not like how I want it. They charge me more than anyother subway with just little vegetable and dressing. I placed a online order using the subway app when I arrived at the store it closed early at 4pm. I tried to contact subway... which has moved all of its customer service to a digital platform and they just ignored my request and still charged me $16.88for the meal that I did not receive. So I had to go through the charge back process through my bank and waste a bunch of my timefor a small amount. I do not like to post bad reviews about Franchises as its hard to be a franchisee but this could have beeneasily dealt with, if the store closes early I should have not been able to place a order in the 1st place let alone goingthrough the process of trying to get $16.88 back. Like I said, this was just a huge waste of time for me and now I won't gothere anymore or any subway for that matter. Read more

Pretty bad service, rude, and don't know how to make a sandwich right and want to be sloppy and put things I never asked for on... my sandwich. Don't raise your voice at customers because you can't do your job. Wouldn't recommend going if you value any kindof customer service, pretty disgusting. Read more
