Me and my husband went in and ordered the monster foot long and the Mexicana footlong. By the time we got home which is only a... 5-minute drive from the store we ate. Immediately we both could tell something was not right. The ranch and the chipotle saucewere extremely sour, the avocado was bad and the bread tasted old. Sheet two bites they were thrown away. This was literally the worse sandwich I've ever had from a Subway..how can you toast 3 sandwiches and all of them still cold.... Ordered online they called and said they had no meatballs so no big deal got another sandwich. Everyone's sandwich was notedible. Just shut the doors. Read more

Seems like prices went up here. Cali fresh is over 15$ for just turkey. Line was out the door with only 1 worker on the line.... She seemed like she was new. Had to wait about 25 minutes to even get my order started. Something is off with the management andservice at this location. Read more

Poor customer service! I went in and ordered a sundwich yesterday 3/10/2022. to the Subway at 2648 Watt Ave Suite 101,... Sacramento, CA 95821. The lady running it gave terrible customer service. Not only did she and the younger male employeepresent at the time ignore me for the first five minutes in the store, (with only one other customer in front of me), but thenwhen it was my turn, I asked her to make me a cold turkey sandwich, footlong on sourdough. She made the sandwich alright, butthen overcharged me for it. When I asked her about it and asked for a refund of the overcharge, (she at first agreed that shecharged me too much) but then she got confrontational, and refused to correct her mistake. She ignored me for five more than 5minutes while I was waiting for her to give me the change back (she was helping one customer) and did nothing about it. I toldher that she gives poor customer service and that she has lost Subway a customer. It was not that much money, but her poorhandling of the situation, was disrespectful and theft. Frustrating! The girl working here deserves a raise! One lady waiting on 10 customers in a small space with little to no air conditioning,... and she still managed to keep a smile ???? you're doing amazing! Management - hire more staff & get your AC fixed in this 100degree weather, shame on you making anyone work in that! Unacceptable for staff as well as the customers. Only getting 5 starsfor the amazing service your singular employee provided. Read more
