Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! I placed an order online and somehow it got canceled which I didn't... know until I got there. I understand things happen. No problem. I did see on the app that the payment was voided however, whenI asked about it the girl at the counter just looked at the order that she did have there, ask my name then say "I don't know,it's not here." Everything would have been fine but when I proceeded to talk she just walked away and started going about herbusiness completely ignoring me. She didn't offer to take my order and make it for me then or anything! Theirphilosophy..."Just pretend it isn't there and the problem will go away!" I'm a human being!
