Reviews for Subway in Sacramento, CA
I've been in a few times for a wrap but they are almost always out of spinach tortillas so the last time I went in I decided to... get a sandwich on normal Italian bread instead (because yet again they were out of tortillas for the wrap) but they were out ofall bread except for wheat...a sandwich shop with no bread...SMH. I've also had to tell them that their soda machine was out afew times. Does no one restock anything at this store? Go somewhere else for a sandwich because evidently that is not thislocation's area of expertise. Edit: Wow I've been reading some of the other reviews and it looks like this location isnotorious for not having certain things like bread and soda/drinks. Very slow always out of something you want not friendly last time of four no more chances for them. Too bad
Entered 30 minutes before closing time and was greeted with kindness. I was the only customer and I got exactly what I wanted,... the sandwiches the way I wanted them. Only missing one star because the Subway ingredients are never filling, but this was thebest Subway, given the general limitations of Subway. Read more
There a rip off the under portion the meat i use to work at subway and there robbing the customer to keep up with food cost...... I'll rather drive an extra 5 min then to spend my hard working money with them..... Let's not forget there customer servicesocks. Hey what can you say it's Subway. It's neither the worst or the best Subway sandwich you can buy. I hate it when you go there... and they say there out of certain kind of bread. I went there twice last week the first time I bought the sandwich was great. 2Days Later I bought a second sandwich that was not great. I just don't get it. Read more
Wow!!! So, the other day I was accidentally given the Wrong Sandwich and didn't know until I got back home and chose to modify... the one I was given rather than going back to complain, etc. To my surprise, I was later telephoned by someone asking if I wasgoing to be picking up my order. After explaining what happened, I was offered a replacement. Wasn't able to get back untiltoday and was again surprised!! Not only did I receive the sandwich but they also refunded my money!! The staff is usually friendly, though sometimes they have high school kids that are more interested in gossiping than working.... The food is about what you'd expect from a Subway restaurant. Occasionally the food here is worse than normal. Once we came inafter 7pm, and all the ingredients they had out were old leftovers. The tomato they tried to put on our sandwich was super mushyand disgusting. Your mileage will vary. Read more
