Really friendly staff. Typical Subway food. Not busy at breakfast time. Essay walk from Amtrak station.
Poor customer service. I waited in the line for 20 minutes to found out they don’t have white bread.
I am a state worker just trying to get a sandwich on my lunch break. BIG MISTAKE. Earlier this week, I ordered a sandwich with... roast beef on it. They were out of roast beef so I just said "you can do double the turkey then" the total came out to around$16 for a $9 sandwich. I said, no that isn't right. They came back with $13 because I have double turkey. UM. Mind you, I saidmore turkey because they were out of roast beef. Sounds basic, right? Nope. I asked for a manager to discuss. Nope. They saidthey were going to call the cops because I asked for a manager. I told them to keep the sandwich and I proceeded to leave. THEYfollowed me outside and starting yelling at me!!
