Poor customer service. I waited in the line for 20 minutes to found out they don’t have white bread.
I am a state worker just trying to get a sandwich on my lunch break. BIG MISTAKE. Earlier this week, I ordered a sandwich with... roast beef on it. They were out of roast beef so I just said "you can do double the turkey then" the total came out to around$16 for a $9 sandwich. I said, no that isn't right. They came back with $13 because I have double turkey. UM. Mind you, I saidmore turkey because they were out of roast beef. Sounds basic, right? Nope. I asked for a manager to discuss. Nope. They saidthey were going to call the cops because I asked for a manager. I told them to keep the sandwich and I proceeded to leave. THEYfollowed me outside and starting yelling at me!! PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH ????????????????????One star is a lot for this place. I order a... chicken salad and I ask the lady if she could chop the vegetables and she refuse but I was okay. I was hungry and wanted toeat. but than the vegetables on my salad smell like they were from the day before. When I first bite into the chicken Ialmost vomit the chicken had a green dot. I had one of these worst experiences at this subway. First off, they seemed really put off by the customers ordering. When it... was time for our order, I asked for a small slider sandwich for my daughter to which I didn’t want toasted. The lady arguedand said it has to be toasted.. I didn’t complain and just said ok. Then when my partner and I wanted to order a foot long andsplit it she seemed upset that we were splitting the sandwich. She put less meat on the sandwich than was supposed to be and wasrude when I asked her to toast my side. Also, they were trying to charge us for two 6” subs instead of the one 12”. They donot accept coupons at this particular location either. There is not a lot of seating in this location and we ended up walking afew blocks down the street to sit at some outside table and chairs. During a week at the convention center, I stopped in here almost every day, for breakfast, lunch, or just to get a soft drink... (in a cup, with ice, with a straw). The food is your standard Subway fare. Not a lot to say about that. But, the service wasgreat. Every time I went in the folks behind the counter were friendly, cheerful, and quick to fill my order. This location has rude employees and no customer service at all. Hands down the worst subway in Sacramento.
