Compared to other T4 locations, this one is the worst! They cut corners by removing the Basil from the Basil Popcorn Chicken... (what makes it good), never have avocados in stock despite being attached to a grocery store, and never have sweet chili sauceor other staples in stock. I will drive to the downtown location to get the products as they are advertised on the menu andwebsite. Read more
I had a bad experience. I waited in line 5 mins all the while a worker eas rigbt next to me at the cashier. He did not... acknowledge me or say anything. I went to sit down since it looked like he was busy stickering doordash orders. 5mins laterSomeone else came thru the door. He said welcome briefly and still made that person wait but thw person spoke up amd asked toplace an order. So basically someone got in before me and no one ever asked for my order. My Okinawa milk tea was good, no major complaints except that the large seems a bit smaller than it should be for the price.... There was a lot of ice in mine at 100%, but you can customize that. At other T4's, this drink tends to be a little sweeter, butI'm glad it wasn't -that- sweet. The person behind the counter was not paying attention to my order. My drink had been readybut she was sleeping on handing it to me and I was in a bit of a rush. Customer service could be worked on at this location. Read more
Been to many boba spots, and the taro milk tea I had didn?t taste that good. Also comparatively expensive at $8 to add a large... size, boba pearls, and red bean to the taro drink. Read more
In all T4 that I tried, in this location, popcorn chicken doesn?t taste good as the other location. We also tried their... calamari, but still something is different and the taste is bland. The meat of the popcorn chicken was like ?mushy?. Pleasecheck your recipe... we?ll see you guys soon, I hope I can change my rating next time. Read more

I had never heard of this place until I walked past it for the first time. Just at a glance I thought they only provided bubble... tea so I didn't bother going in. Soon I realized they made more than that. It was such a pleasant surprise! There food here isabsolutely delicious and their drinks are as well! The service is nice and fast and the food is fresh! They've always hadcustomers when I've walked by, but I understand why- they are so good! Read more
