Horrible drive through experience and didn't get my order right last night. The manager was rude like it was my fault. Still... charged me extra for someone elses mistake and instead of a refund on the mistake she just shoved a large drink in my faceinstead as compensation that I did not even want. Extremely rude staff and they always forget something and make my order wrong. I was in the drive thru and they told me I needed... to wait 30 minutes for fresh food or I can go on about my day in a very rude manner. Two middle aged women employees were extremely rude. They made rude, sarcastic and extremely disrespectful comments in their... language which I happen to understand. I usually got to this tacobell for lunch. There?s tons of employees because it gets so busy. They usually take longer to get... your order out than other places but the food always tastes really warm and fresh.
