Went through the drive thru, they asked me my order 3x. When I got to the window they asked me what my order was again, then... asked me to park in the front. 10 minutes later a staff member came out and again asked me what I ordered. Then went back in andcame back out 10 minutes later with my order. All for a couple tacos and some Nacho fries. SMH!!! Read more

Super fast and not too busy most of the time. My preferred location if I'm going taco bell. Never a bad experience.

I?m a regular for Taco Bell. This location is pretty nice. The inside is really big they have a lot of tables. They also have an... outside patio with a few tables as well. They also have baby chairs. The food was good. I placed a mobile order and within twominutes I got a message saying it was ready. Everything tasted great. Read more

This particular location although not very busy, service lacks abit. Waited a while before getting someone to take my order.... Nobody was inside and lobby was dirty, no straws out for the drinks. Read more

I continue to give this location chance after chance but I'm sooooo over it now. I'm allergic to dairy products and this is the... third time in a row that they have put cheese and sour cream on my food and i specifically mentioned no cheese or sour cream dueto an allergy.. Not to mentioned just getting it 5 minutes ago, its cold!! They charged us $9 for the $5 cravings box and didnot ask what sides i wanted and just gave us what THEY decided. Gave me a small drink when it normally comes with a bigger size.Im so done with this location. Wasted time and money!! ???? Read more

I went to this location last year in December about with my girlfriend. They messed up my order and gave her the wrong burrito.... She hid behind me as I went and told them we got the wrong thing, asking the employee politely if we could get what we ordered.After a 15 minute or so long wait, they called me over with the right burrito, a quesarito. My girlfriend eagerly unwrapped it.She took one bite, threw it to the ground, and exclaimed "IT'S WRONG!!!". It was. She started sobbing uncontrollably and goingon about how I didn't love her enough. An employee on his break was laughing at us from a distance. I've never been moreembarrassed. Though they failed my order (twice), and I ultimately did not get what I paid for, I must thank Taco Bell offBruceville for helping me realize I was in a toxic relationship and needed to get out. I have had to go back and ask them to remake my burritos so many times. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito.. we get home and... again they've added onions. It happened to me so many times when I was pregnant recently. It was so disheartening. I give up..no more bean and cheese burritos for me.. they will never get it right. Read more

They should give the option to give this location a ZERO if the experience was horrible!!!! I placed an order for pickup thru... DoorDash for my sister and my son while I was at work in another city. (Might I add the delivery price versus the pickup waslike a $8 difference) Upon receiving the order my sister informs me that none of the food that was ordered was in the bag. Myson got the Chicken Quesadilla combo and my sister got the Crunchwrap combo, both had a freeze drink and a side of Cinnatwist.All of which was not received, called to get the order fixed and they implied that I had to fix it thru DoorDash, I let themknow that DoorDash didn?t mess up my order, you guys did so it?d have to be replaced thru you! The assistant manager Mod that Ispoke with was extremely rude and cut me off mid sentence and tells me ?That they?ll be there if I wanted to get my food? andhung up the phone before I had a chance to even respond to her attitude(how does someone mess up an order and gets mad when thepaying customer is asking to get it fixed?) Of course I immediately called back and the store manager Jacob answered the phoneand tried to resolve the issue but nothing was done. He even tried to imply that my sister picking up the food that was orderedfor her and my son was considered ?fraud? because I wasn?t there.
