I use the kiosk to order my meal inside the store. A pretty handy feature. There were five employees in the store on a Saturday... afternoon and three of them were being very loud and silly. All of their teasing and jumping around disallow them from focusingon preparing the food. Two girls just stood at the register not helping just waiting for food to come out. They need to tune uptheir operations. Also, if you're going to have two clerks just standing there one of them should be cleaning off the tables andthe floor and glass entry doors. The glass entry doors were filthy with handprints and everything else in the floors had spillson them. Managers have to take ownership in the franchise or company store that they're running during the day as these areintegral parts of running a successful business. The food is always plentiful and good but they need to do a little TLC on thefacility and have the employees stay focused instead of goofing around. Read more
I generally get take out. The only disappointment was they didn't have a couple of my favorite beverages on tap. They were out... of service. Other than that they did a decent job. Read more
This Taco Bell has been here forever. At least it's clean. They were short staffed so was asked to use the touch screen.
In my opinion Taco Bell is not real Mexican food. The times I have eaten their food, I always get sick. I passed on Taco Bell.... If you want Mexican food go to a real Mexican restaurant. Read more

The Pocket area Taco Bell have really cool employees working there & no matter what time of day! Place is always spotless & I've... been going to this location for over 20 years & it's always clean & neat. Staff are efficient & very nice & friendly!! On theday I went last, Nov 13, 2022 @ 7:27pm, the cashier was new having some issues & rang my order up incorrectly & I'm not sure ifit was the manager or assistant manager or guy in charge but he caught the over-charge & stepped in fixed everything in "secondsflat"! And he's such a nice guy & the guys making orders sooo soooo nice too! They're always smiling & saying nice things likehave a great day & apologize if it takes longer than usual cause its busy. Just a great group especially the guy in charge. He's always fast, efficient & with a big smile. And he treated the cashier with respect when pointing out the error & showingher how to ring up the order. She was all smiles & very nice too. She did a great job with the order I just ordered something myway. But he's just a NICE guy!! Great management skills & he keeps the restaurant efficiently running. Give him a raise!!!
