@GM i Ordered in the drive-through around 6 PM Joshua C repeated the order for me on the screen and made sure to make sure if... my order was correct and I said yes as I got to the window the price was different as I got home I realized I was charged extrafor something I didn't order and everything was cold and sloppy I will be there tomorrow with a receipt. I would like a refund. I say this with respect.... it's not NASA ...its taco bell and you have 1 job. There's absolutely no excuse for poor customerservice. We cannot milk pandemic excuses anymore not for simple things... its embarrassing And reflects the poor decisionmaking of the hiring manager. Read more

I used the phone app to order and pay for the food. The system asked if I wanted to round up to help a cause so I did. At the... window, I guess the system didn't charge me the 98 cents for the round up so the cashier asked me to pay this at the window. Why? The purpose of the round up was to round up on the credit card payment!! Not so I had to pay extra at the window. :(. Not going to do this again for sure. Read more

Everything was fresh except the person who I bought the food for was lactose intolerant. I purchased a I believe veggie burrito... and it came with cheese. My prince of the last time you order it they didn't have cheese on it which was possible oversight fromone of the employees. It made her sick! But that is not Taco Bell's fault that is our fault for not asking if there was dairy onit or not. Everything else however was very good! Read more

The wait time has to be the most excessive allowed for a fast food drive through. It?s not ocasional this happens every time. If... you must stop here it?ll be a 20+minute stop. Also check the food is correct before leaving or you?ll be stuck in that lineagain. Read more

I don't understand why i should have to wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, with close to 5 minutes of waiting right at... the intercom, only to receive horrible customer service when asking why the wait is so abhorrent. I will be going out of my wayto avoid going to this specific location in the future. In addition to this, the crunchwrap is the worst i have ever seen, withBROWN lettuce and hardly anything inside of the item, as well as missing two other small items from my order, 2 Spicy PotatoSoft Tacos. I've tried to give them multiple attempts to be good but please i cannot recommend highly enough to just go to theTaco Bell on Stockton Blvd or another location, this is trash Read more

It is what it is. This Taco Bell only exists because it's the only Taco Bell in the area. Are they good. No ???? since the 90s... this location has had the worst service. It's always something at this location. You will never get your order fully correct.Not mention you might get beat up or robbed either from other customers or employees. Read more

Workers were rude, made us walk inside to get our own food when we went through the drive thru. Food was poorly made,... quesadillas had very little cheese and protein, tacos had very little portions, and our orders were not correct. These are thesame people asking to raise minimum wage when they can't do the simplest thing. Read more
