Ordered the French Toast Combo. Let me say that I was not impressed by this meal I was given. French toast was extremely hard on... the crunchy side. The bacon was nothing special hard and flavorless. I subbed my eggs for hash browns, these came out ok. Theonly thing I actually enjoyed were the sausage links, which you could tell were just run of the meal links from a grocer. Theservice was really good, just not the food unfortunately. This place Great. A bit hard to find the door but once we were in it didn’t disappoint. I had the Jojo a Virgin drink to drink... but I think it might have a had a bit something in there. We had a breakfast appetizer they were delicious and so sweet justwhat the doctor ordered. Our food was good too. My partner has the eggs Benedict, I had eggs and potatoes bacon was delicious .Our friend had the omelette he loved it. They had alcoholic drinks they said they were good but strong. Really the onlycomplaint was the girl who brought our food Not the server but the other one. She was rude and threw the food on the table I wassurprised the plate didn’t break. I got the Salmon Benedict with a side of fruit. It was absolutely delicious! Came here for brunch for my best friends 21st... birthday, and it was my first time here too. Service was good, sadly the food came before the drinks, but that's okay as it wasreally busy. We went around Noon and it was nearly an hour wait time, but well worth the wait. I’ve been here several times, specifically for breakfast. I’ve tried something different each time. To be honest, I’m... actually fairly impressed. The portions are big and the taste is great. They are always busy, so you know that people, ingeneral, find it good. I like the breakfast burritos. The monster burrito is my go-to. They keep it pretty clean and the staffwas very friendly. They have a really big selection of breakfast. Keep in mind that parking is always full and quite achallenge. There is a lot of seating and even outdoor seating options. You might have to go around the block a time or 2. Maybeeven park a distance away and walk a bit. Also, it’s probably less kid friendly than you might want if you have kids under theage of 10. If you’re looking for a good breakfast restaurant near downtown Sacramento, this is a great option. Read more
The meals were Delicious. Apple Sausage skillets with Peach Bellinis with English muffins on the side not shown. I must say... those English Muffins were the best I've tasted thus far. As far as the wait with crowd I'll say maybe 30mins or less and, Thewaitress did a very good job. Very attentive. Two thumbs up! ???? Read more
Ashley was our waitress and she was the best part about our visit!!! She is leaving though, next month. The food is just ok... here. The mimosas are the star for sure. It's worth getting the bottle if you have 2 or more people drinking. Read more
At first glance the mimosa house is a beautiful eatery with its own unique aesthetic. I walked up from the parking lot and could... visibly see one employee smoking a thc vape and another smoking a cigarette outside the back door behind the dumpster. The hostwas pleasant and our wait was shorter than expected. We sat outside and you could visibly see trash, debris and cigarette buttslaying everywhere (you can see some in the picture below but not all). The server came out and complimented my friend on heroutfit. But when she took out orders she talked really fast to the point where you almost couldn't understand what she wassaying. As we waited for our food my friend decided to smoke a cigarette considering she saw employees smoking on the propertyabout 10 feet away from the eating area, and countless cigarette butts on the ground. When the waiter returned she informed myfriend that she couldn't smoke on the property. When I smoked a regular vape she still made it a point to say something. Despitethe litter. Despite the employees. The fact that the litter was there in the first place made me personally feel uneasy. Thiswas just ridiculous. The food was below par for me. Eggs under seasoned, the ham was flavorless and rubbery feeling. The crepesdid not have the proper texture they're supposed to. The biscuits and gravy was okay, the fruit was fresh and delicious thepotatoes were amazing (food pictured below). We ordered the flirt and the naughty cupid, AND THEY WERE DELICIOUS. Overall theexperience was okay. They do need to clean the outdoor area better or more frequently. And yes we still left a good tip andcleaned up behind ourselves. Service workers are still people!
