I ordered a meal and the only thing that was on the bag was a container of a meat patty and 2 bacons. It also had hair and dirt... on it as if they picked it up from the floor. And I tried contacting you guys to resolve the issue. I was refunded $2.00, mymeal was over $30. And you think $2.00 will make up for this outrageous service? Weak. Read more
I love Wendy's and most locations are great but skip this location. When going through the drivethru most food is luke warm at... best. The fries are usually that reheated texture and barely warm. There's another Wendy's a bit further down Watt try thatone. I have been to this location 4 times in Summer 2021 and each time had this experience so I know it's not a one off. If thefood quality improved I'd be happy to try the location again and change my review. I've been back late 2022 and the service wasfaster this time and the mobile ordering seems to be fixed and working. The food quality was also in line with other Wendy'slocations now. Read more

Usually the line is pretty long, and their speed varies on how long you wait. What I dont like very much about Wendy's is that... the inside is closed and you can only choose mobile pickup or you have to drive thru. Today the app wasn't working so it was asit in the line day. Always get reminded why I don?t go to this location. They don?t always accept cash. They?re frequently low on ingredients, like... today no lettuce. Also they will usually mess up on special requests like no cheese. And the price doesn?t match the quality youreceive. Read more
