My first order from Doordash was great. My second order, they forgot sour cream and butter for my baked potatoe - annoying but... whatever. My third order they prepared my burger - Without a flipping burger? How do you forget the patty on the bun.. My fourthorder they took 1 hour to prepare it, not at a busy time, and when I finally got my order it was someone else's order. It's a typical fast food place. If you've had Wendy's before, guess what, this place tastes just the same as the others. They... have never screwed up my order, so you have that bonus to look forward to. Enjoy your visit.....or more likely, drive through. Read more
I had a good bourbon bacon burger. The fries were not as pleasing as in the past but still good. The new flavor frosty was... awesome - strawberry. I also would like to mention the girl who took my order ( around noon on 8/17) was very efficient and alsovery personable. She's a keeper. Read more
I went to Wendy's last night at about 10:15 p.m. and they had to chairs blocking the drive through. I left and went to 3 other... places, but returned to see if chairs were still there. I noticed employees hanging out the window talking to people. I pulledup and asked were they closed...and a young man let me know they were. I asked is this the normal time they closed and was toldthat there was not enough people? Not sure if they meant employees working or people coming through...if the latter it isbecause they blocked the drive through. I took pictures to share with Corporate, and as I was leaving I noticed that a personwent up to the window and was handed a bag of food. This is unacceptable...when your hours posted are NOT based on the number ofpeople coming or there. Read more
Huge line. Waited. Ordered 2 baconators paid $22 & change. Got home & they gave me 2 cheap bacon burgers. The ones that cost a... few bucks. What a rip off. Apparently they can?t read. Order is correct on the ticket and completely wrong in the bag. Cool.
