This DAIRY QUEEN Saddlebrook location overcharged me for using a debit / credit card . A surcharge of 70 cents per dollar !... Thieves ! I ask to speak to manager about this . Great ice cream great shakes good prices
Not only are they overpriced, but they charge an extra 70 cents on all credit card transactions and don?t tell you about it... unless you ask. They also don?t give receipts unless you ask. The fact that its 2022 and they still do this is insane. I won?tbe going to DQ anymore until they remove this fee, which I doubt will ever happen. Read more
Dairy queen as as an ice cream brand deserves five stars but the saddle Brook location is always amazing. They maintain this... location to be fabulous (they were even washing their windows while we visited today). There is always tons of people workingmaking all kinds of fresh cakes and read to help you with whatever ice cream delight you're looking for. Their ice cream cakesdon't compare to anywhere else and they will always kindly personalize it for you. If you're in the area, make sure to stop infor a quick treat for now or later! Read more

Great place! The ice cream is always on par. It?s so great that they are enforcing mask policies while you spend your time in... the store. It?s a tight space. They even offer you a free mask if you don?t have one! I wish more stores would do stuff likethis to help prevent the spread of covid. The workers work so fast and so hard you are in and out in a blink of an eye. I haveseen other customers giving these young high school/college aged kids a hard time about the masks! What a shame when they arejust trying to do their part. Read more
