Came in this Subway Sunday evening ( 10/16 ) with my daughter . It was only one worker in the store making sandwiches for walk... in customers and mobile orders. ( I want to put her name but I rather not ) . I felt so bad for this lady! She was alone and itwas night. That is very unsafe & unhealthy that she been there all day after 8 hrs alone with NO break! She was super nice and Iwas very patient ! But she was extremely overwhelmed! My 7yr old daughter shed tears and stated ? it?s illegal to not have abreak after all that time working , we even get breaks at school right mommy ? .. I use to work & was a manager at a subway &NEVER would I ever leave ONE worker to close better yet alone ! I stayed if I HAD TO ! Her customer service was beyond AMAZING &made all 4 of our sandwiches with LOVE ! She needs a promotion and MORE HELP ! Walked in the store at 12:30pm and ordered a foot-long Cold Cut Combo, I was told they were out of the meats for that sandwich.... How can you not have the ingredients for a regular menu item. Ordered 4 Sandwiches through app all turkey. All were delivered without meat. Called over 10 times since app has no customer... support, no one answered. Decided to leave work and complain in person. Unfortunately the person who made them just left, butAlejandro did a great job getting his manager on the phone and refunding me. I don't understand how that person even managed tomess up that bad but I appreciate them doing what is right and refunding me for their mistake. Read more
