OMG This by far has to be the worst tacos I have had in my life . I love tacos it was my craving through both my pregnancies and... my kids love tacos we eat it at least 3-4 times a week and I have never tasted something so disgusting in my life . I asked the guy for non- spicy chicken tacos. He make sure to charge first. He also charged the tip in advance. Then, I waited... 10min, once the tacos were ready, he told me the chicken was a bit spicy( actually very spicy)He could?ve just told me from thebeginning they didn?t have non spicy. I asked if it could berefunded to my card and the man stated he couldn?t do it I would have to call back in the morning when the manager wasthere. What type of customer service is this? You, the restaurant messed up the order, but I have to call the next day in themorning to speak to the manager when they?re there to resolve the issue of a refund for an item you did not put in my order? Whyis there not a better system for situations like this when a customer has a complaint about their order?
