OMG This by far has to be the worst tacos I have had in my life . I love tacos it was my craving through both my pregnancies and... my kids love tacos we eat it at least 3-4 times a week and I have never tasted something so disgusting in my life . Awful customer service. Do not recommend this place. Erroneous order twice the same day, plus the tacos barely had any meat... (onions and pieces of lettuce only). Not the ideal place for taco day. Read more
I asked the guy for non- spicy chicken tacos. He make sure to charge first. He also charged the tip in advance. Then, I waited... 10min, once the tacos were ready, he told me the chicken was a bit spicy( actually very spicy)He could?ve just told me from thebeginning they didn?t have non spicy. I wish I didn?t have to write this because I?ve been going to this place for a while and never had a problem. Food always good... and the staff is friendly, but today I ordered my Gringos tacos with shrimp, which come with shrimp, shredded cheese, lettuceand tomatoes. This is what I received. Tacos with shrimp, some type of disgusting melted cheese and an avocado. Unfortunatelyfor me I didn?t check my box when the girl gave it to me because I never had a problem with my order and I was rushing. Terrible experience here. First off, the drink fridge was broken and all the drinks were hot, so I asked the gentleman for a... glass of water and he outright REFUSED to give me one saying "we don't do that here". Then, when the food finally came out itwas terribly greasy, the 7 chips I was given with my entree were really stale and hard as a rock, and worst of all the place isNASTY, there were flies all over the place, DIRT and GRIME on the window frame right where the sit down bar to eat is... Chain of authentic and flavorful Mexican fast-food restaurants. They serve tacos and burritos and platter combos. Choice of... beef, pork (shawarma style rolling spit) and chicken. Love their sandwiches, especially the pork shawarma on a toasted butteredroll. Their service, however, leaves much to be desired. Not the friendliest and polite. Read more
Ordered online and upon arriving home noticed the kitchen forgot to put pico de gallo in with my order. When I called the... restaurant back to inform them of this, the person checked and said they did forget to put it in the bag. I asked if it could berefunded to my card and the man stated he couldn?t do it I would have to call back in the morning when the manager wasthere. What type of customer service is this? You, the restaurant messed up the order, but I have to call the next day in themorning to speak to the manager when they?re there to resolve the issue of a refund for an item you did not put in my order? Whyis there not a better system for situations like this when a customer has a complaint about their order? I have to now take timeout my day tomorrow to resolve an issue that could have been resolved tonight. Read more
