Delicious!!! We went on a whim and we loved it! We got the hot buttered lobster roll (had drawn butter for dipping-weird it... came in a plastic ramekin, maybe those work better for this dish if you want to pour a little on the roll instead of dipping thegreat assortment of claw and leg meat) and it came with perfectly fried homemade potato chips and we got the soup/sandwich comboof the half grilled chicken sandwich on wheat which was the perfect size, the cup of southwest chicken soup was hot, had a greatmix of white and dark chicken and mixed vegetable medley of classic mirepoix with corn and rich chicken stock, plate also camewith homemade potato chips (a bit brown, but still delish). Huge serving of chips we couldn’t finish! For dessert we split agenerous slice of limoncello cake that was so light and decadent! The interior is charming with antique tin ceiling, wood boothsand nice restaurant plates and utensils - a nice upscale touch. Our server was pleasant and service was fast! They have full barwith cozy seating on nice wood high boy chairs. The drink menu looked great but we were driving after, so we just had Pepsi andhot tea (Lipton). Total tab was reasonable for the cape and totally worth it!! We will be back! Website says they do onlineorders for pick up - will try that too-get lunch to eat at canal nearby. Absolute gem!! Two words we love: Lobster Rubin! Next: Order it! We could taste how the winner of The Best Sandwich in Sandwich earned its... name. Lobster Alfredo was also terrific with lots of lobster in both AND the French Fries were crisp crunchy and perfectlyfried, & came hot. Read more

Great service and drinks were great! But food was not. My husband got the Casino scallops and they were all sandy. My daughter... got the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was over cooked. I got the baked stuffed seafood casserole, everything was good exceptthe scallops, all sandy. Read more

Had a wonderful lunch after graduation at Mass Maritime Academy. We had 8 in our party (we did call to make a reservation being... a larger group). The appetizer sampler was delicious, everything cooked to perfection. Soups were also yummy. Main courses wereexcellent. The staff was so warm and welcoming. I have been visiting the Sagamore Inn for about 4 years now since my parents relocated to sandwich. They were a staple for... takeout for my parents, and when my siblings would visit. The food was always perfect and fresh and reasonably priced. My fatherpassed a month ago and my mother chose the Sagamore for the family to have lunch after the services. Sue and her staff couldn'thave been more kind to all of us that attended. The food, table settings, and of course the staff was perfect. My mother and Icontinue to get take out when I visit. Very kwaint restaurant. Very clean booths and tables. Very amicable staff and excellent service. Wide variety menu. I ordered... their clam chowder and halibut chowder. We liked the fish chowder but did not care for tje smoky taste of the clam chowderalthough it was full of items you would expect. It was creamy. We both ordered fried scallops. One with a fries and the otherwith beets. Plenty of fries and a small salad included with tartar sauce. We did not find the scallops tasty with a thincoating. They lacked any taste at all.
