The lady working thirds is so terribly rude. She thinks because she?s by herself that she can talk that way? I didn?t realize it... was a little past 2 a.m and was trying to buy alcohol. She got an attitude that it was past 2 a.m and I said ?oh sorry I didn?trealize? she asked my friend if I was out of state and she said no then the worker said ?she should still know the law.? Absolutely rude, ordered food dash for people at my work. When door dashed arrived he said the worker was so rude and announcing... it was my fault and my name to other customers ins tore since she had to do her job and get the items for the dasher. Called thelocation 7 times and no one would pick up. Read more
Slurpee machine is sometimes down, which is totally understandable but at least some flavors are working. (Slurpees are also... better than Icee). Close gas to SVSU if you need a gallon or two before heading out. Nice workers that understand the late nightrun to restock on alcohol. Read more

I don?t know why I stopped in again. I saw the manager placing buns, cheese, and burger patties on the grill with his bare... hands. Rude staff, not wearing masks, they don?t enforce this at all. Very rude when I asked if they could put one on. Dirty.Something should be done about this place. 7/11 claims to be doing all they can for the pandemic. This place is doing theopposite. Stopped in for gas & turn in lottery tickets at 4:30 PM today. Woman employee at register is one of the rudest employees ever... encountered at this location. Was irritated to take the scratch off winning tickets & then never applied the $30 cash to pump 4. Had to go back in because she ?forgot? to do her job. The owner can thank that rude employee for costing him/her money sincewe will take our 2 vehicles elsewhere for gas. Read more
My husband and I stopped at 7-11 a couple of days ago to get slurpee's. (The one on Bay Rd & Pierce Rd.) The store was dirty,... there were only 2 straws in the holder, & no napkins, We get up to the counter & the cashier didn't even look at us, rang up ourslurpee's & my husband paid for them. My 16yr old son & his 17yr old girlfriend goes into this store tonight & they came home to tell me that the cashier/an old guy... was really rude to them. They had $24 & didn?t want to go over that amount so the guy had rung up everything & my son ask him totake off one bag of chips & he said the guys slams something down on the counter & moves everything to the side & told them nohe can?t take nothing off. We will never shop in there again & I will be talking to the field consultant Adam about this aswell! I wish I could give this store zero stars! Just sad how kids are treated these day! Read more
