$130 curbside pickup order. Alfredo sauce was dropped in the parking lot so the guy had to go back in to get a replacement; no... big deal... Got home, and didn't get our bread sticks which were coincidentally part of the Alfredo sauce that was dropped. Thenwe noticed the replacement Alfredo sauce was actually White Queso dip. We also ordered some Brew Pub Loaded Waffle Fries, andthey didn't put beer cheese on them. I can look beyond mixing up the Alfredo sauce with White Queso, or even the missing beercheese on the waffle fries. However, I think it reflects really poorly for an establishment when they completely overlooksomething you ordered and paid for. This was $130 meal, not a $20 McDonald's order after all. Overall, the food was good so itwas not a complete bust. Will probably give other restaurants a try in the future though. Read more
It wasn't busy, the waiter brought us water and took our order. The manger brought out the appetizer, and then our food. The... waiter didn't come back to check on us until our meal was almost finished. My food was cold, I got the end of the bag of fries,and a rawish greasy burger. Walked in and lady seated us without greeting us. Ok, that's fine but when I asked her for a regular menu( she was standing... right next to them) she said that's something the server does. We had a friendly waiter who took our order by repeating it and then suggesting a salad option for us. Two meals for $25. The... food was hot & tasty. The hostess was polite. Our meal was served within. 15 minutes. I definitely will return. Read more
Nice staff. I like to get the bourbon chicken and shrimp. It is pretty good and reasonably price... through it did went up... recently but still pretty good. Sometimes you have to ask for more garlic butter but always a good choice. I think I only hasproblems with this dish once on an off day. My family and I go here sometimes and love the atmosphere. The 2 for thirty overallis pretty decent. My burgers are pretty good as well and they have a good tomato soup. Read more
First off the host Sam should not work customer service. She did not greet my husband or I when we arrived. She looked at me... twice and continued glaring at a male worker who was standing in front of her. Mind you we are all within 4 feet of each other.Even after I said hi. She completely ignored me. The hickeys on her neck were not very professional especially when she the hostand first person u see. The food was good the drinks where great. It almost seemed like it was a young hangout for the workerswith not adult supervision. My waitress seemed to be on some sort of substance. She gave our bill and said scan the code if urpaying with card and if I don't see u again have a goodnight and walked away. We had cash. She didn't get the greatest tipbecause we needed change for $20 but she was no where to be found. So she got the $4 I had floating around my purse. If I hadseen an adult that even looked like they cared I would have spoken with them. Unfortunately it wasn't an option. I wouldn'trecommend this place it your looking for professional or friendly but if your looking for Applebee's food they got it. I hopeyou have a better experience then I did. Yesterday I had a curbside order. Get there the letter employee tried to go back n forth with me that he gave me both meals I... had to open the bag and show him there was only 1 meal in there. I gave him my $50 for food that was $27 and change he came backwith my other meal and only $13. I didn?t even say nothing it?s Christmas time stealing is expected.
