Best staff around. Great coffee. 10/10!!!
Not sure who was working today, but one of the teenage workers was horrid. Slamming the drive-thru window on customers, slamming... things around the store, and complaining loudly about scheduling to the other worker. Extremely aggressive behavior that doesNOT need to be transferred to customers. You have permanently lost my business and I'll make sure to tell all of my family &friends in the area as well (I know a lot of people). Read more

Normally go to biggby in Midland and it's my favorite coffee place to go, but I have been going to this location on state quite... a bit driving back and forth from the NICU in Saginaw and I have never had so many incorrect orders, then today when she forgotpart of my wife's drink (which we didn't ask for anything different just how the drink is supposed to come) she rolled her eyesand acted very annoyed that she had to fix it. I've also had several sausage egg and cheese bragels that were very cold in thecenter and/or came on the wrong bagel. Most of the staff is otherwise very friendly though and my cold brews are always verygood. Read more
Friendly employees! They mix your drinks perfect. If you love coffee get the reward card & after 10 you get a free coffee!
Customer service is really bad here. I stood there for 5 full minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever. There were two... employees giggling about a tattoo while I was standing there. Finally a couple came in and stood behind me. They wereimmediately greeted with ?how can I help you guys?? Then the customer said, ?She was here already.? Then the girl employee justlooked at me until I started my order. I should have left honestly. But it definitely won?t happen again. I?ll NEVER go back. Read more
