This place is pretty awesome, I've never tried Bubble Tea! I was out running errands and my kids walked in here. Distracted by... the stuffed animals. But then I realized where I was. The colors are pretty it's got a fun environment, the people were nice,we took out time deciding from all the flavors. Just an over all nice experience I asked the staff questions got friendlyanswers. Overall got three drinks and they tasted amazing! Thank you! I'll be going back, Saginaw needs more of these around. Never been here so I can't give my honest thoughts on it, but I can give my thoughts on their customer service based on how they... respond to others reviews. Now I did see a couple reviews that tried to state about people not greeting them. Doesn't alwayshappen cause people might be busy, it happens.... get use to it. At this time I can say that this place doesn't actually carefor the customer or what they have to say.... or even their employees based on one of the reviews. One of your common lines touse is if they brought up their concerns, they could get it remade or a refund..... yet on multiple reviews they alreadymentioned about having to get their drink remade. 1 review you totally glossed over any concerns about your employees and putthe blame mostly on the customer. Now, could that be the case? Possible. When replying did you know this at the time or are youjust defending them since they are your employees no matter what? If it is the latter then how can you not get in contact withyour employees due to medical issues? You gave your other employees the benefit of the doubt for these reviews, but can'tcontact 1 employee to make sure they are fine or to make sure they have the schedule? Honestly it seems the profit is what yourconcern is about, not the customer, not your employees, or even the state of who you hire. Cheapest workers and the ones that doit right just get shafted cause they might want more pay? Read more

Wow? if I could give this place 27 stars, I would. The nice girl that took my order complimented my sweater. They have a cute... tiger theme and right now they even have a tree set up for the lunar new year. SO HOLIDAY SO FUN. I love boba tea, but thisplace is so much more than just boba tea. Coming from past experiences with Grand Rapids Bubble Tea shops, I think our expectations were much too high. This place is very... meh, nothing special about their menu, nothing made in house everything is premixed from powder in buckets on a shelf, bobas arefine, poppers are terrible, and definitely not an authentic bubble tea shop in anyway. We've given this place a few chanceshoping it was a fluke but each time have been less than impressed with the service, although friendly they were extremelyunorganized and it was pure chaos behind the counter. Also unimpressed that no matter the size of tea ordered you get the sameamount of boba which is barely anything, and definitively not enough to make me want to spend 7 dollars for a drink. Finalthing I have to say, please stop selling your expired or "close to dates" poppers by the bucket on the counter, gross, you'regoing to make someone sick and now I'm worried what's going in my drink if your okay with selling expired food to payingcustomers. The place is set up very cozy colors and they have a lot of little goodies. They have boba charms that are adorable. They have... lots of flavors and other cool things like japanese soda and jelly straws and little jelly cups and 25 cent stickers and mochitoo! It is a really amazing experience! I got a lemon smoothie with mango poppers it is really tasty and the flavors reallystand out which is amazing! The drink didnt take long at all to make! Definitely will be coming back again! The worker wasreally nice and always had a smile on her face! Thank you guys for your service, it is really truely amazing! I would recomendusing they/them pronouns when talking about a customer tho, because some customers are really judgmental about those things..But I am not one of those customers.
