Horrible service, waited 1 1/2 hours entire dining room was served but us. Waitress didn’t even put half our order in.... Waitress seemed disoriented from the beginning. Manager was going to write off our appetizers and I said I am not paying foranything. He gave us the food to take home but still 1 persons order was missing. I had a toddler with me too. Ruined my entireevening besides wasting my time! I am done with this place. I am sure management does not care though. That’s the problemthese days. Do managers even know how to manage a restaurant? Probably the worst bdubs I have been to. I ordered 50 boneless wings, got home to only see 20 wings that were completely off... from what I ordered. Sent me now with bone in wings. Called the store, they told me to come back with my order. I come back tothe store the guy in front in on his phone texting looked at me told me he will be right back. Came back to tell me that theyleft your order in the back. Not once did he apologize or anything. Come back home to cold and soggy wings. Placed an order over 40 minutes ago on the phone. Went to buffalo wild wings, paid for the order and was told it was not ready.... Waited another 20 minutes for the order. I knew something was off when a guest placed a pick up order and received their foodbefore i did. Spoke to another team member, guess where the food was. If you guessed "ready" your right. The food was readyaccording to the receipt even before I got to buffalo wild wings. I ordered 20 wings and they gave me 10. I also ordered a salsa con queso and they gave me a quarter of the chips that originally... come. The manager also would not speak to us about the order claiming she package the order and knew she put all the wings inand was very rude! Bdubs was our go to hang out spot pre-covid times. Absolutely love their cauliflower wings in mango habenaro sauce. Passion... fruit margarita is one of my favs too. I enjoy the patio sitting during summers guzzling down a summer shandy! Great place tochill and hang out with your crew. Read more
