First impressions as you walk in, is a heavily smoke filled room. This is probably because the fry oil is to hot. If there is... smoke rolling off the grease you think they may notice something is wrong. It's disgusting because you leave with a feeling ofgrease film, and you smell like a burnt french fry the rest of the day. The worst part is it's not the only time I've been inthere and experienced this. Thank God that once you have your food It's usually really good. But that brings me to my nextpoint, the wait time. You have 5 people working and it takes me 30min to go from the back of the line to receiving my food,unacceptable. And the wait is always an issue at this Charlie's. Literally the worst Charlie's ice ever been too. I've put offmaking a review for awhile because I thought it might be a fluke here and there. I won't be back. My advise, go to Jimmy John's,they're in the same parking lot, the service is great, and you don't leave smelling terrible. Read more
When I got home with my order on 10/8/22, my french fries had burnt residul all over them and dry. I think someone put them on... the grill to reward them instead of fring fresh fries. My old time steak was dry and had only a small amount of cheese. Thecashier had gloves on and touching the prepared food after touching the money The store was very dirty. I was so shocked to discover when I got home that the food was a huge sloppy mess - most of it outside the bun. There were no... onions, mushrooms or green peppers and barely any cheese. This made it completely dry. It was literally smothered in jalapeñoshowever. I thanked the cook and he did not respond back. This is the first time I have ever given a one star rating for a fastfood place. I have always loved their food in the past but will not be going back. Read more
