We had a group of 6 and we were the second table to arrive. Needless to say we received our appetizers and our meals before we... even received our drinks. When we talked to the manager about it he seemed annoyed and unapologetic. Come to paying our billsand we were charged for things we didn?t even receive. Do not eat here! Couple weeks ago my husband and cousins at here. First we seen the carry out kid vaping in the kitchen. At the... food. Reported it to the manager. He talked to him. Then we later seen the cook yes the cook vaping and blowing a big cloud atthe stove where he was cooking! Reported it to the manager where then he said "isn't vape just water?". We were furious and evenafter he called us the "vape police". Talked to the cook who then stared us down from the kitchen. It I'd illegal to vape inMichigan in a restaurant!!! I'm not being annoying. That's FOOD your blowing that on. The food was also terrible. Both fajitaswe got the rice was so burnt to the hot plate that it left a horrid taste on everything. We will NEVER go back here. We visited on a Mid Sunday afternoon, wasn?t busy. Our waitress did a good job taking our order, however it took forever to... receive our food. We did talk to the manager, he apologized for the lack of effort coming from the kitchen area. We decided toleave for another restaurant. Read more
Hadn?t been to a chilis in many many years. Menu was decent. Had a few items I would have ordered. Ended up getting the baked... seafood pasta because that?s what my daughter wanted and we split. It was very good. Not an item I would have ordered there ifit were just me but others at the table had fajitas. Burgers and steaks. All the items looked great and were said to have tastedgood as well. Fries were underwhelming. Nothing special about them. Ours were undercooked and we had them make us fresh frieswhich were better. Our server Phil was nice but super slow. Now I know he had a few tables he was taking care of but learninghow to consolidate steps and anticipate needs will really help him. He also made our group feel awkward for how we wanted topay. Made it so that we all had to pay on one bill even tho we asked for it separated a specific way. This was only because hefelt bad for the single person in our group. Basically Phil guilted someone into paying for another that they did not want to.It wasn?t very cool of Phil. I enjoy the menu options and the flavor of the food from Chilli?s. My favorite thing to order is the appetizer because I LOVE... the southwest egg rolls, sliders, and chipotle chicken crispers. They also have delicious alcoholic beverages. I only gave them3 stars because the quality of food is not consistent. I feel like I?m taking a gamble each time I order from them. Either thefood taste like it sat for a while and was reheated, the wings or tenders are dried out or not covered enough, or I?m notgetting the right proportions. However those minor complaints isn?t enough to stop me from eating here. You can?t beat theaffordable menu items and flavor. (My meal from today was spot on and they delivered top quality). Read more

Today was by far the worst service I have ever received. We waited 40 minutes before our drinks came after prompting several... times. During this time we received appetizers and food. We tried to talk to staff several times about our drinks and even whenmanagement came, he was less than apologetic and did not seem to care about how things went.
