Great customer service from Tiera, they were busy and had missed my order. I didn't say anything. I have worked in pizza for... years I get it stuff happens, but she took the time to come from around the counter and let me know that what happened,happened. I ordered on DoorDash and they missed an entire pizza in my order. So now I get to wait a whole extra hour to get food from a... (hopefully) more reliable pizza place before I get a pizza. And this is after our Door Dasher told us our wait was prolongedbecause they dropped our cookie and had to make another before they could even deliver the partial and inadequate order they didprepare. If this is how they DON?T take care of their food oils then I can?t imagine what it?s like in the kitchen. The employees clothes... are greasy enough by their sweat and the smell of the trash and their machines. Last I checked this isn?t sanitary & no thankson the free pizza on the house, you?d probably spit in it. & thanks for keying my truck after reporting to the public healthdepartment for over a week how this is still not picked up. Your Under New Management is terrible and service is awful. Maybethen City Hall of Saginaw, Saginaw public health department, and Happys pizza franchise corporate office will read your googlereviews. Also, thanks for stop parking in front of dumpster truck effects the heat and rises the smell much worse.
